1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of your purchase date.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging(if it is a preowned item then the packaging it arrived in), and in the same condition that you received it.
You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

Non-returnable items include:

Gift cards
Downloadable software/digital products
Personalized or custom-made items
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

2. How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at theboxofmystery777@gmail.com and we will ask for order information and then address a shipping address to where the package must be sent.

, item must be in the same condition as sent, all buyers are responsible for purchasing their own shipping labels on return, once the item is received, you will be given further instructions. Unfortunately The Box Of Mystery does not do returns for shipping costs if the product is being returned, you will be given a refund for the item.

Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

A refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
