Thank you for shopping with The Box Of Mystery. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of your purchase date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging(if it is a preowned item then the packaging it arrived in), and in the same condition that you received it.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software/digital products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

2. How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at theboxofmystery777@gmail.com and we will ask for order information and then address a shipping address to where the package must be sent.

, item must be in the same condition as sent, all buyers are responsible for purchasing their own shipping labels on return, once the item is received, you will be given further instructions. Unfortunately The Box Of Mystery does not do returns for shipping costs if the product is being returned, you will be given a refund for the item.

  • Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

3. Refunds

INSPECTIONS BEFORE SHIPMENTS:

Here at The Box Of Mystery we do close and careful inspections of purchased products before packing and prepping for shipment, if any goods were damaged or ruined in inventory, you will be informed and refunded with no extra steps necessary. We do not ship damaged or ruined goods so if your items arrive damaged or ruined, contact the shipping carrier company that was used for your package before contacting us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Late or missing refunds?
If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company – processing times can vary.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item)

5. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, the return policy applies.
